During perimenopause, most women experience a number of symptoms as their bodies transition out of fertility and into menopause. Some symptoms of perimenopause that you may experience include hot flashes, breast tenderness, worsening PMS, low libido, vaginal dryness, fatigue, mood swings, sleep disturbances, and urinary leakage and urgency.
