Karen Brierley is a Physician Assistant with more than 35 years of clinical experience caring for women across a wide range of medical settings. She earned her Physician Assistant degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, where she was recognized as a Graduate of Distinction. She completed her undergraduate studies in biology, with a minor in psychology, at Baylor University and the University of Oklahoma.

Karen’s professional background includes extensive experience in reproductive endocrinology, hormone care, and emergency medicine. After beginning her career in Southern California, she relocated to Atlanta more than 30 years ago, where she has continued to care for patients through all stages of life. Her clinical interests include sexual health, emotional wellbeing, longevity, and providing thoughtful, inclusive care for individuals who have not always felt fully supported in healthcare settings.
