Klara Secure Messaging
We use Klara, a secure, HIPAA-compliant messaging system designed to make it easier and more convenient for you to communicate with our team. Klara allows you to message us on your own time, avoid long hold times, and keep all your communication in one secure place.
Please use Klara for scheduling, questions, or other messages. Our team responds during normal business hours.

Patient Portal
The patient portal allows you to securely view parts of your health record and manage basic account tasks online. Please note we do not use the patient portal for scheduling or messaging. Please use Klara secure messaging for these tasks.
You can use the portal to:
- Review and update your medical history
- View upcoming and past appointments
- View visit summaries and lab results
- View billing statements and make payments securely

To log in, you will need the email address and mobile phone number you used when registering with Nore. If you need help setting up your portal access or haven’t received an activation email, please contact our office and we’ll be happy to assist.
Make a Payment
You can make a secure payment to Nore without logging into the patient portal using our Quick Pay option. This is the fastest way to pay a bill.
If you prefer, you can also make payments by logging into the patient portal to view statements and payment history.

Order Supplements
Your Nore provider may recommend specific supplements based on your labs, symptoms, and personalized treatment plan. To make this easy, Nore partners with trusted, medical-grade supplement providers so you can order high-quality, research-backed products directly online.

Refer a Friend
Finding the right care can be life-changing — and too many women don’t know it’s possible. When you refer a friend to Nore, you’re helping her discover care that truly listens and personalizes treatment.
When your friend becomes a patient and lists you on their intake form, we’ll add a $50 Nore credit to your account as a thank-you.
There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer or how many credits you can earn. Credits may be used toward many Nore services. (Insurance-billed services excluded.)
