Give Your Body the Boost It Needs With Vitamin Therapy!

Vitamins Don't Have to Be Complicated

With all the vitamin and hydration therapy choices available out there, Nore Women’s Health® can help you take the guesswork out of the equation!

In the grocery store vitamin aisle, there are so many choices, brands, and attractive labels hoping to catch your eye. There are Med-spas advertising walk-in vitamin therapy. Internet-site pop-ups claim to have the perfect remedy to all your problems. Having so many options is intimidating and the quick fix is tempting.

Stronger nails and shinier hair? Of course! More energy, less aches and pains, better sleep, and a healthier immune system? Sounds great! Stronger bones? Absolutely! Improved mood? Yes, please.

We all want to feel better and less fatigued, boost our immune system, prevent diseases, and have balanced nutrition. But how do we go about doing this?

There are so many questions:

  • Do I need vitamin therapy?
  • How do I figure out what, specifically, my body needs?
  • How do I know if I have a nutritional deficiency or if something else is going on?
  • How do I determine which vitamin choices to make – do I need to take oral vitamins, just re-hydrate or are there other ways to balance my nutrition and feel better?
  • How long do I need therapy for?
  • Who should I trust to advise me about this?

The answers to these questions can be overwhelming. You are not alone. Your trusted Nore providers are here to help simplify the decision!

Do I need Vitamin Therapy and how can it help?

Most people do not meet their daily nutritional needs with diet alone, even if they eat vitamin fortified food and take a daily multi-vitamin. The risk of this increases when the body is stressed, fatigued, and exposed to toxins and germs causing strain on the immune system. Nutritional balance plays a key role in optimal wellness, immune system function, chronic disease prevention and managing the aging process.

Replenishing your deficiencies can help with:

  • Fatigue
  • Dehydration
  • Headaches/migraines
  • Mood
  • Sleep problems
  • Athletic performance
  • Bone health
  • Immune system function
  • Nerve/muscle function
  • Skin/hair/nail appearance

Some evidence even shows it can help with chronic illnesses such as asthma, seasonal allergies, autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and even cognitive decline.

How do I figure out what my nutrition needs are?

Every person’s nutrition needs are unique. Perhaps your lifestyle or food choices have created specific vitamin deficiencies. You may have just run a half marathon and are feeling dehydrated and weak. Maybe an illness or chronic issue has you feeling depleted. You may desire to boost your immune system before the start of flu season or before starting a new Boot Camp.

At Nore, we offer nutrition consults, testing, and therapy options to meet your needs and get you feeling Your Most again. Depending on your age, personal health history, and symptoms, our providers may recommend blood work to check your nutrition status, hormone status, including the thyroid and adrenal hormone levels, and possibly other tests to rule out certain chronic conditions.

If you just need a quick boost for your immune system during flu season or for athletic enhancement and are not ready for a comprehensive workup, your Nore provider also has options for you and can help.

What Vitamin Therapy options are available?

Vitamin Booster Injections. Oral Vitamin Supplements.

Depending on your specific needs, symptoms, and/or individual testing results, your Nore provider will provide treatment recommendations and discuss possible side effects with each treatment option. Therapy recommendations are usually based on whether a broad or specific deficiency is determined and if there is a need for short-term or long-term therapy.

If you have a specific or chronic deficiency, your Nore provider will likely recommend additional long-term supplementation as well.

Vitamin Boosters

Custom blended vitamin boosters are delivered into the body quickly and efficiently via intramuscular injection. Vitamin booster are recommended options for specific vitamin deficiencies. Two of the most common vitamin deficiencies are Vitamin D and Vitamin B12. Your body needs these important vitamins to function optimally.

Vitamin D is a nutrient needed by the body for the maintenance of strong bones, immune system function, neuromuscular function, improving mood regulation, protecting the brain against toxic chemicals, and potentially reducing pain.

Vitamin B12 is a nutrient that helps keep the body’s nerve and blood cells healthy and helps make DNA, the genetic material in all cells. It also helps prevent a type of anemia called megaloblastic anemia which makes people tired and weak.

After treatment with a Vitamin booster, it is usually recommended to continue with oral supplementation to prevent the deficiency from returning.

Vitamin Supplements

Oral nutritional therapy is recommended when specific deficiencies occur in your vitamin, mineral, antioxidant and/or other essential micronutrient levels.

Nore offers a wide selection of supplements from Designs for Health®. They manufacture nutritional supplements and vitamins based on scientific research and clinical feedback. They provide safe and effective quality products, helping you achieve complete health and wellness.
